Summary: Join our customer's team as an SAP MM Consultant, playing a vital role in the SAP S/4HANA rollout across the Nordic region. This hybrid position focuses on driving procurement and inventory management excellence through the configuration and integration of SAP MM solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and participation in all project phases to ensure compliance with Nordic regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy SAP MM modules, covering purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
- Drive integration efforts with SAP FI, WM, and SD modules, ensuring robust end-to-end process flows.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure all SAP MM solutions adhere to Nordic procurement regulations and localization requirements.
- Document functional specifications, test scripts, and comprehensive training materials for end users.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and end users, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation journey.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience configuring and implementing SAP MM in end-to-end project environments.
- Proven track record in delivering SAP MM projects, including all project phases, not just support or maintenance.
- Strong command of core MM processes: purchasing, inventory management, release strategies, pricing, and vendor management.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-module integration, especially with FI, SD, and WM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder management.
- Eligibility to pass local background and security checks.
