SAP Integration Manager

Summary: The SAP Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the SAP Integration Suite and Workato systems, ensuring alignment with the enterprise-wide integration strategy. This role involves leading large-scale integration programs, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring quality deliverables. The manager will also provide executive-level reporting and mentor teams on best practices in enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and Govern the SAP Integration Suite and Workato systems, aligning the enterprise wide Integration Strategy
• Communication between Strategic Partners, internal teams, and external platform vendors and third party for all integration related activities.
• Lead large scale Integration programme and manage resources and budgets and deliver it on time with quality.
• Translate business capabilities into integration roadmaps, enabling faster delivery and reuse across programmes.
• Oversee the deliverables and ensure quality, Architectural compliance, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide executive level reporting on integration health, risks and delivery milestones.
• Mentor teams and partners on best practices in enterprise integration and platform thinking.
• Line management of 3 x Integration Leads and teams
• Resource management & demand management for integration area
