Summary: The SAP Training Lead will be responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive training strategy for the implementation of SAP Public Cloud S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. This role is critical for ensuring successful system adoption across various user groups ahead of go-live milestones. The position requires collaboration with program teams and business leads to support effective training delivery. The role is a contract position classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training strategy aligned to programme objectives and deployment timelines.
  • Conduct a full training needs analysis using a Train-the-Trainer model.
  • Define the scale and scope of training requirements across multiple user groups, including:
    • Core SAP users (Finance, Exchequer, Purchase to Pay, HR and Payroll teams)
    • Self-service users (Requisitioners, Approvers, Line Managers, Budget Holders)
    • External stakeholders interacting with the organisation (eg suppliers, partner organisations)
  • Design and coordinate role-based training tailored to different user communities.
  • Collaborate closely with programme teams and business leads to support effective adoption of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure training materials are accessible, practical and aligned to business processes.
  • Support change and capability building across the organisation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering training within SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong background designing and executing training strategies for large-scale ERP programmes.
  • Experience working within Train-the-Trainer frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex system processes into clear, user-friendly learning content.
  • Comfortable engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across operational and strategic functions.

An organisation is embarking on a significant digital transformation programme, implementing SAP Public Cloud S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to define and deliver the end-to-end training strategy across a diverse user base.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful system adoption ahead of go-live milestones.

About You
