Summary: Hamilton Barnes is seeking a hands-on SAP Integration Architect for a six-month contract with a leading UK retail organization. The role involves taking ownership of the integration strategy for an S/4HANA transformation program, focusing on seamless data flows across various SAP and non-SAP applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze SAP integration needs from the S/4HANA transformation program and define an architectural design that enables seamless end-to-end (E2E) flows across SAP PI/PO/CPI/Integration Suite and non-SAP systems.
- Lead workshops and coordinate with multiple integration leads and stakeholders to review, define, and agree on integration patterns.
- Oversee the technical delivery of new interfaces, verify E2E integration patterns, and validate the quality of deliverables.
- Own the technical design for SAP PO/CPI-to-legacy system interfaces within assigned work streams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO, CPI, and Integration Suite.
- Full life-cycle implementation experience: S/4HANA project and SAP PI/PO/CPI/Integration Suite projects.
- Proven track record defining integration strategies, design principles, and patterns across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
- Deep knowledge of ABAP Proxy, BAPI/RFC, IDoc (and enhancements), Web Services.

In this hybrid role (three days per week onsite in Nottingham), you will take ownership of the end-to-end integration strategy for a major S/4HANA transformation programme - designing and delivering seamless, scalable interfaces across SAP PI/PO/CPI/Integration Suite and connected non-SAP applications to ensure flawless data flows and alignment with business objectives.
