SAP HCM / Time Consultant

Summary: The SAP HCM/Time Consultant role involves configuring SAP HCM solutions and leading design workshops for a flagship account. The position requires managing teams in large global projects and transforming business processes across ECC/S/4 implementations. The consultant will collaborate with skilled teams to design innovative solutions while ensuring project delivery in a multi-supplier environment. The role is hybrid and offers an ASAP start with potential for extension until the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a multi-supplier environment to deliver projects on time
• Configure SAP for HCM solutions - OM/PA/Time/Time Evaluation according to industry best practices
• Lead design workshops and prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.
• Provide estimates for delivery and impact of work
• Support and liaise with corresponding functional teams to resolve issues and meet delivery obligations
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all business levels
• Mentor and support the development of team members

Key Skills:

• Experience as an SAP HCM/Time consultant with multiple project lifecycles and live support environments
• Strong technical knowledge in Personnel Administration, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and CATS
• Broader technical awareness in Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Innovative and open-minded with a passion for change and dynamic teamwork
• Ability to advise clients on maximizing their SAP technologies
