Summary: Our client, a prominent organization in the financial services sector, is looking for a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a 12-month contract. The role involves supporting SAP payroll processes and ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions. The consultant will work closely with HR and IT teams to implement payroll solutions and configurations. This position requires a strong background in SAP HCM Payroll and experience in multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll support and configuration for international payroll operations.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to design and implement payroll processes and solutions.
- Configure and support integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Point-to-Point mechanisms.
- Perform regular payroll runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with shared service teams to support payroll requirements in a multi-country setup.
- Interpret payroll-related legislative requirements, particularly GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Provide technical and functional documentation to support ongoing payroll initiatives.
- Assist with upgrades, testing, and user training within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proven experience in payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and support across multinational environments.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and data handling compliance.

- SAP Certification in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
