SAP HANA Consultant - Financial Services*

Summary: The role of Senior S/4HANA Consultant involves leading the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling modules, with a focus on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. The consultant will engage with clients to gather requirements and present tailored solutions while managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff. A strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and financial processes is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA CO modules, specifically CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and CO-PA.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, cost estimations, and commercial offers for global customers.
• Engage with clients to present tailored solutions, address concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition of SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and consultants, to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Identify and manage potential risks associated with transformation deals and conduct competitive analysis.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies, continuously improving solutioning capabilities.
• Mentor and develop a team of architects and subject matter experts, driving capability enhancement and improvement.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 8+ years of work experience in consulting or within the IT department of an SAP customer, delivering implementation and support services.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO configuration.
• In-depth understanding of financial business or controlling processes.
• Experience in the integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Experience as a team lead managing consultants into S/4HANA implementation projects.
• High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services.
