Key Responsibilities:
- Define the end-to-end archiving strategy for 3-4 years of Legacy S/4HANA Cloud data.
- Design a secure, read-only, audit-compliant archive architecture.
- Lead the data extraction, validation, and reconciliation approach across Finance, Projects, Assets, and master data.
- Establish role-based access models for historical data retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with data retention, legal hold, and tamper-proofing requirements.
- Provide architectural assurance for Legacy system decommissioning readiness.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) data extraction and system retirement.
- Strong background in enterprise and solution architecture for ERP and data lifecycle programmes.

Role purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal, client-facing role in shaping and delivering a compliant archiving solution for Legacy SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) data. This role is critical both pre-award and post-award of the engagement.
Immediate requirement:
The successful candidate must be available to join an initial Microsoft Teams session on Thursday 8th at 2:30pm with our client to:
- Provide expert input on the proposed archiving approach.
- Validate the technical and compliance strategy.
- Strengthen our proposal through credible architectural leadership.
Post-award responsibility:
Subject to the project being awarded, the Enterprise Architect will then:
- Take overall architectural ownership of the delivery.
- Lead the technical team through design and implementation.
- Act as the primary architectural authority for the client throughout the engagement.
