Summary: The SAP Data Lead will oversee all data-related activities in the Oracle-to-SAP S/4HANA and Coupa transformation program, focusing on data strategy, migration planning, and quality management. This role requires strong leadership to engage stakeholders and ensure data readiness for cutover. The position is based in London and operates on a hybrid working model. The contract duration is 12 months and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall data migration strategy for the SAP S/4HANA & Coupa programme.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.
  • Define data ownership models and oversee readiness KPIs.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration lifecycle: extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and handover to SI technical team for upload.
  • Own data mapping between Oracle legacy structures and SAP S/4HANA / Coupa.
  • Coordinate master and transactional data migration and load cycles.
  • Align procurement and finance data between SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
  • Validate supplier, catalog, and procurement data structures.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and drive cleansing efforts.
  • Design validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Engage business SMEs and lead data teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide programme-level reporting.
  • Ensure data readiness, execute load cycles, and support post-go-live.

Key Skills:

  • 7–10 years ERP data migration experience, including SAP S/4HANA (Finance & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, etc.).
  • Experience migrating from Oracle EBS highly desirable.
  • Strong SAP MD objects knowledge and Coupa data exposure.

SAP Data Lead will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing all data-related activities within Oracle-to-SAP S/4HANA (Full Suite) and Coupa transformation program. This includes data strategy, data migration planning, data gathering, quality management, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and ensuring readiness for cutover.

  • Data Strategy & Governance
    • Develop the overall data migration strategy for the SAP S/4HANA & Coupa programme.
    • Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.
    • Define data ownership models and oversee readiness KPIs.
  • Data Migration Planning & Execution
