Summary: We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Project Manager to support a leading global investment bank in delivering critical credit risk and regulatory change initiatives, particularly focusing on Potential Future Exposure (PFE). This senior, hands-on role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective delivery aligned with global standards and regulatory requirements. The position is based in London and operates in a highly governed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of credit risk change programmes, focusing on PFE exposure, limits management, and credit risk frameworks.
  • Own programme scope, delivery plans, governance, budget, and outcomes.
  • Establish and manage programme governance, including steering committees and senior stakeholder forums.
  • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and regulatory deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Technology, Front Office, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with global risk standards, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.
