Summary: The SAP Cutover Manager will lead a critical transformation project from ECC to S/4HANA for a leading retail client. • Develop and execute the cutover strategy for a complex SAP migration (ECC to S/4HANA)
• Work closely with business & technical teams to minimise risk and downtime
• Align cutover activities with key stakeholders across IT and business units
• Ensure seamless data migration, system readiness, and business continuity
• Lead mock cutovers, rehearsals, and final go-live execution

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large-scale SAP transformations
• Expertise in ECC to S/4HANA cutovers, including system integration and data migration
• Retail industry experience - understanding of business-critical processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model - mix of remote and on-site as required
