Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering, solutioning, technical design, to implementation.
  • Guide and mentor project teams, including developers, admins, and junior consultants.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise integration standards.
  • Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for platform scalability and performance optimization.
  • Manage C-level client relationships and present solution roadmaps, progress updates, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Integration, Security, and Business stakeholders) to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and effort estimation.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce consulting/solutioning.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and architecture design.
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, APIs, Middleware).
  • Prior experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations with distributed teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies for Salesforce project delivery.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or on the CTA journey preferred.
