- 6+ years' experience in leading and delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and its capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in Matrix environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
