Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
- Design and implement test plans, automation frameworks, and regression suites using tools such as ACCELQ and Provar.
- Write and execute SOQL queries for test data validation and backend verification.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure robust system performance.
- Conduct defect analysis and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams for seamless, high-quality releases.
- Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring strong testing discipline and process compliance.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce QA leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ACCELQ (mandatory).
- Expertise in SOQL, Salesforce testing, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Provar, Selenium, or Copado for Salesforce automation testing.
- Solid understanding of Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and QA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
