Summary: The Salesforce Functional Consultant role involves collaborating with business and IT leaders to refine business requirements and drive Salesforce implementations. The consultant will design complex application solutions, manage data models, and oversee Salesforce configurations while ensuring quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. This position requires extensive Salesforce experience and the ability to lead technical guidance and project activities. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site in Warwick weekly and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
• Transition solution designs and participate in workshops.
• Design, support, or re-engineer highly complex application solutions.
• Design, create, manage, and update complex data models, user interfaces, application security, business logic, and process automation.
• Recommend alternative approaches and best practices, define technical impact, and provide sizing estimates.
• Lead Salesforce implementation and provide engagement leadership.
• Oversee deployment of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations as per best practices.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful relationships and quality deliverables.

Key Skills:

• 15+ years of overall experience; 15+ years of Salesforce technical experience.
• Conduct business analysis workshops to understand business goals and processes.
• Good understanding of Salesforce's technical features and functionalities.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users of the solution.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines, and milestones.
• Experience in leading and providing technical/analytical guidance.
• Ability to manage application developers in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions.
• Certification: PD1 is a must, with PD2 adding more value.
• Understanding of Salesforce object model and relationships.
• Experience in custom development such as LWC, Apex, Triggers, Batch process.
• Experience in config development such as Flows, Layout business workflow.
• Knowledge of Bit Bucket or any Version Control Tool.
