Summary: The Salesforce Developer role is a contract position based in London, Manchester, Portsmouth, or Glasgow, UK, requiring 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The position involves delivering production solutions and working within Agile environments, with a hybrid working pattern that includes three days in the office each week. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Salesforce technologies and demonstrate effective communication abilities with stakeholders. A Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver production solutions using Salesforce development.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Adhere to established architectural standards and governance frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Work within Agile delivery environments.
  • Manage version control systems (Git, Bitbucket or similar).
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and structured release management.
  • Collaborate closely within a delivery team while working independently.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset.
  • Possess Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
