Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role focuses on managing business analysis work streams for major change projects within the financial services sector. The position requires expertise in Salesforce CRM and involves leading the development and implementation of new business processes. The analyst will also mentor junior team members and influence project decisions through analytical insights. This role is based in Northampton and requires an immediate start until the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing specific Business Analysis work streams on major business change projects and small change programmes to provide specialist, objective analytical insight
- Assessing, designing, developing and implementing new business processes, systems, products and services that are the deliverables from a strategic business change project
- Being able to demonstrate up-front thinking and offer informed challenge to drive the shaping of solutions that drive the right outcome for our business and our customers
- Leading the production and managing the sign off of a project analytical fact base
- Potentially line managing and mentoring junior Business Analysts to assist with their education in analysis skills, quality of work and personal development
- Initiating, formulating and presenting recommendations based on analysis in order to influence the decisions made by the Project Management and/ or Product/ Demand owners
- Owning and directing specific deliverables within the Business Analysis work streams
Key Skills:
- Proven Business Analysis skills and experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud, Servicing Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Financial Services Cloud
- The ability to requirements gather - requesting, assembling and breaking down client information and necessities
- An ability to create the data flow diagrams and various process flow diagrams to enable a better system of understanding
- The adaptability and readiness to take necessary steps to take care of business
- Skills that will help you in the role:
- Process Analysis, Mapping & Design
- Experience of working within a SDLC (Waterfall) and/ or Agile project environment
- Previous experience in Financial Services
