We have an exciting opportunity to become a member of our Apprenticeship Operations team as a Contracts and Finance Administrator. Higher and Degree Apprenticeships provide a significant area of development and growth for the University of Wolverhampton. This role will support the portfolio of activity in terms of apprenticeship provision across all our faculties and ensure that quality and compliance is maintained and assured. Apprenticeship Operations works with a wide range of external organisations and employers from public to private sector organisations and across all directorates and faculties within the University, This is an integral role within the Apprenticeship Operations team responsible for: liaison with faculties and relevant departments to ensure accurate information on financial costings for all apprenticeship programmes is available and has been confirmed/reviewed annually. supporting the Business Account Managers through the recruitment process in compliance with DfE, Ofsted and University processes and policies. generating all recruitment and onboarding documentation such as, but not limited to employer contracts, ensuring that the information is accurate. Working with Admissions to ensure the apprentice onboarding process is as smooth as possible In addition, this role will also have responsibility for checking and updating relevant systems such as the Digital Account Service (DAS). You will also support the team with our apprentice enquiries and have responsibility for supporting and monitoring key areas of activity across the apprenticeship lifecycle.
