Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist will enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with Portfolio Relationship Managers and the Finance team to support the opportunity lifecycle and ensure accurate demand forecasting. This role involves maximizing Salesforce utilization, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness. The specialist will also analyze sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Portfolio Relationship Managers to support the opportunity lifecycle.
- Partner with the Sales Operations Lead and Finance team for month-end close coordination.
- Provide accurate client demand forecasts to various teams.
- Maximize Salesforce tool benefits by analyzing the current pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Ensure processes are audit-ready and compliant.
- Collaborate to share knowledge and facilitate standardization.
- Oversee the client MU pipeline within THOR (Salesforce CRM).
- Analyze sales pipeline and performance for insights and recommendations.
- Build relationships with key business partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
