Summary: The Talent Development Business Analyst will assess and refine existing Talent Development initiatives within a rapidly growing company, integrating them with advanced technology. This hybrid role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders and requires expertise in program management and employee adoption strategies. The analyst will design innovative solutions to enhance communication and functionality across the organization. The position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months based in London or Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
