Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing discovery and qualification materials within KPI timeframes.
- Creating first versions of and updating proposal or sales decks within one working day of deal status changes.
- Rescheduling meetings in the event of cancellations and ensuring all relevant stakeholders are notified and updated in the calendar and CRM.
- Managing each client’s workspace in Notion, ensuring all pages, documentation, and resources are kept up to date, relevant, and easy to navigate.
- Assisting with the management of each client’s Google Workspace, including keeping shared Drives tidy, monitoring email inboxes, and responding to queries where possible and relevant.
- Managing light automations and developing automated processes to streamline the deal generation and closing process with support of team members.
- Managing each client’s GPTs, ensuring they are up to date, properly configured, and functioning effectively to support the deal generation process with support of team members.
- Conducting monthly audits of all client sales assets to confirm completeness and relevance.
- Managing operational updates to Notion, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Supporting client onboarding setup and ensuring documentation is complete and consistent.
