Key Responsibilities:
- Own the development of the CRM system to create a comprehensive view of customers and future opportunities.
- Optimise the use of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Drive the development and implementation of sales forecasting and reporting processes on Salesforce (SFDC).
- Provide expert analysis of sales performance data, identifying key insights and trends.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track and drive sales performance.
- Evolve and run the sales governance cadence to focus on the right opportunities, ensuring all submissions meet quality and return standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to execute the sales compensation plan, including running monthly reports, calculating commissions & arranging payments.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

My client is looking for a Sales Operations & Performance Associate to support the sales operations team. Sales Operations & Performance Associate is responsible for optimizing performance management and governance frameworks within the commercial organization. This role includes managing the CRM system and performance reporting as well as overseeing the opportunity governance track to ensure opportunities meet quality and return standards before submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Own the development of the CRM system to create a comprehensive view of customers and future opportunities. Optimise the use of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
