Sales & Operations Administrator 6-month contract | Immediate start | Hybrid (Aldgate & WFH)

Urban Spaces is a design-led estate agency that does things a little differently. Based in Aldgate, we specialise in selling and letting London’s most unique homes — from warehouse conversions in Shoreditch to Victorian school redevelopments in Clapham.

We are now looking for a well-organised, proactive and confident administrator to support our fast-paced team and help keep the operation running smoothly.

The role: This is a hybrid role supporting our sales team with a varied range of responsibilities. Key tasks include onboarding new clients, conducting AML checks, booking photographers, co-ordinating surveys and helping prepare properties for launch. You’ll be a key player in keeping sales on track and files compliant, with occasional support across our busy lettings department and general operational admin. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with clients, liaising with suppliers and helping co-ordinate activities across the busy sales and lettings teams. You’ll need strong a positive attitude, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and good attention to detail. The role is based in our Aldgate office (Standon House) on Mondays and Thursdays, with remote working the other three mornings each week. Although we are happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate.

Who we’re looking for: You will have at least two years’ experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within the property sector. You’ll be highly organised, IT confident, comfortable working at pace and able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. This role suits someone who thrives in a team, enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
