Summary: The Sales Ledger Administrator role at IMA Life involves managing and administering the sales ledger function to ensure smooth financial operations. The position requires a highly organized individual to handle customer accounts, sales invoices, and payment follow-ups while providing administrative support to the Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer accounts are set up accurately in Synergist and Sage.
- Ensure sales invoices are produced correctly and recorded accurately in the accounts and in Synergist.
- Ensure that sales ledger receipts are recorded correctly and allocated to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Contact clients and follow up/chase payment of outstanding invoices.
- Solve or report billing queries raised by clients to Account Handling staff.
- Monitor timesheet postings and chase staff members who are in arrears with their timesheets, in line with company policy.
Key Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with financial software such as Synergist and Sage.

About The Team The IMA Finance team is a core function in the inner workings of the agency set up. We provide specialist services and advice across the business, supporting internally and externally.
Summary Of The Role We're looking for someone who is highly organised to manage and administer all aspects of the sales ledger function, which will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. In addition to managing the sales ledger you will provide administrative support to the Finance function as a whole.
