Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase creativity through visually appealing product displays in line with adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with store management.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on visual merchandising and share best practices.
• Train store team to ensure merchandising standards are met and upheld.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to deliver innovative merchandising initiatives.
• Drive store performance through effective visual merchandising execution.

Key Skills:

• 12+ months of sports/fashion retail experience.
• 6+ months of Visual Merchandising experience.
• Advanced sales knowledge and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to travel across geographical clusters.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
