Summary: The Birchman Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient sales processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Prepare and assist sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Help maintain and update customer or prospect company, contact, and deal records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Track and monitor orders and work with the operations and finance team to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
  • Help run reports of Sales CRM data in advance of sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend weekly sales calls and initiatives.
  • Aid Marketing in implementing relevant campaigns.
  • Attend quarterly Sales and Marketing meetings to connect with team members.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • A previous understanding of SAP products and services would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Hold a business degree, although this is not essential.
