Summary: The role of Children's Social Worker within Darlington Borough Council's Safeguarding and Assessment Team focuses on protecting children from harm and providing essential support to families in need.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing demands.
