Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of operational risk and control profiles across Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Advise and inform businesses on risk mitigation strategies and review action items for risk sufficiency.
  • Act as a culture carrier by promoting a risk-aware mindset within teams and regions.
  • Identify and share risk best practices across teams and business lines.
  • Partner with business lines to understand residual risks and apply lessons learned to improve risk frameworks.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring operational health.
  • Develop Control QA & Monitoring frameworks and identify continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Design tests for data quality and controls across various products and processes.
  • Execute test suites using manual and automated techniques and integrate results into the risk management framework.
  • Coordinate risk management delivery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit divisions.
