What you'll do: Project manage the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) by collaborating closely with investment teams, sales professionals, and other key stakeholders across the business. Craft strategic value propositions by developing new content and tailoring existing responses to address the specific needs of prospective clients in the investment management sector. Maintain and regularly update the strategy section of the RFP database (Loopio), ensuring all information remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current business objectives. Contribute proactively to ongoing efficiency initiatives and quality improvement projects within the business development services team. Specialise in particular asset classes or strategies as assigned, deepening your knowledge base while enhancing the quality of proposal submissions. Build trusted relationships with subject matter experts throughout the organisation to gather insights and ensure high-quality responses that reflect both technical accuracy and commercial appeal.
