Summary: The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving yield and revenue while improving customer lifetime value through effective retention marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive yield and revenue while improving lifetime value across digital and print subscriber bases.
  • Deliver retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers.
  • Plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps using a test and learn approach.
  • Present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Review and optimize retention budget to maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email.
  • Knowledge of CRM/CDP platforms and automated digital journeys.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools.
  • Awareness of the latest trends and opportunities in retention marketing.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage solutions from start to finish.
