Key Responsibilities:
- Handle freehold and leasehold development acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and leases, joint venture agreements.
- Prepare standard information packs on re-sales.
- Understand and apply SDLT and applicable reliefs.
- Draft and negotiate releases and variations of restrictive covenants.
- Conduct title investigations creatively.
- Familiarity with planning and building regulations for residential development.
- Respond quickly and effectively to clients’ requirements.
- Understand and facilitate clients’ commercial priorities and goals.
- Provide efficient, professional, and friendly service to clients and colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for the firm and engage in marketing initiatives.
