Summary: The Renewable Asset Construction Project Manager will oversee the management and organization of contractors for the District Heating Flushing and DHW services Chlorination at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing construction works for the Energy Centre, and ensuring the successful commissioning of plantroom systems. The position is expected to last between 3 to 6 months and requires hands-on management of engineering and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing contractors for District Heating Flushing and DHW services Chlorination.
- Overseeing commissioning of plantroom skids for LTHW and DHW.
- Assisting with AHU coil swap overs.
- Liaising with Trust/CEF and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Organizing engineering team for designing arrangements and scoping packages for Temporary Steam Boiler installation.
- Managing contractor installation works post-order placement.
- Overseeing construction works for Energy Centre Phase 2 swap over, including removal and reinstallation of boilers and piping works.
- Reviewing Energy Centre drawings and supporting contractors to completion.
Key Skills:
