Summary: The Senior Export Contracts Manager role at a World Class Defence Organisation involves leading and managing complex export contracts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with international government and military customers. The position requires a blend of commercial, financial, and project management skills, with responsibilities including contract delivery, issue resolution, and collaboration with national companies across Europe. This is a hybrid role based in either Bristol or Stevenage, requiring both remote and on-site work. The contract is initially for 12 months and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial interface into international government and military customers for contract delivery.
• Handle multiple cross-domain and geographically diverse contracts simultaneously.
• Deliver the contract schedule to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve contract delivery issues through risk and opportunity management.
• Lead customer acceptance events and transport delivery solutions.
• Manage coherent communications with customers, government, and internal partners.
• Negotiate contract amendments and support Sales & Business Development for new international business.
• Collaborate with national companies in France, Spain, and Italy for Inter Company Trading export contracts.
