• Lead the end-to-end delivery of KYC and data-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational goals.
• Act as a data authority within the team, defining data models and guiding transformation processes.
• Leverage a background in data modeling/development to provide effective leadership across delivery and solution design.
• Define and oversee KYC-specific data governance strategies and integration with source systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure data remains central to alignment and progress.
• Drive the adoption of technologies supporting KYC delivery, ensuring strong data handling capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with AML, CTF, GDPR, and privacy regulations from a data governance standpoint.
• Translate complex data architectures into clear insights for executive-level decisions.
• Present and articulate data solutions to executive audiences, influencing transformation decisions.
