Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the corporate access team on APAC events (management/execution)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and the APAC corporate access team to ensure alignment
• Plan and execute APAC corporate access events such as investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
• Coordinate logistics for APAC events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant management
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of corporate access experience in a sizeable company
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
