Summary: The Workforce Transformation Lead is tasked with strategically reviewing, planning, and delivering global workforce solutions across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role involves evaluating existing workforce models, collaborating with senior leadership, and implementing solutions that support international expansion. The position operates in a matrix environment, leveraging a Portfolio Pool of resources without direct line management responsibility. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement and governance of workforce solutions to meet legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current global workforce solutions.
  • Benchmark effectiveness, cost-efficiency, compliance, and scalability of solutions.
  • Develop a holistic plan to harmonise and standardise workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Execute agreed-upon workforce solutions in partnership with departmental leads.
  • Support the Group’s growth strategy by identifying workforce solutions for new countries.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external providers.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor ongoing performance of workforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain plans to transition new solutions into standard operations.
  • Implement scenario planning methodologies to accommodate evolving business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record in a strategic role within HR, Workforce Solutions, or Operations.
  • Experience managing complex vendor relationships (EOR, payroll, etc.).
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, or workforce management software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to local market nuances.
