Summary: The Workday Solutions Architect role is focused on overseeing major Workday integrations with a strategic approach, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee major Workday integrations and act as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify issues within the Workday ecosystem and propose solutions.
- Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives related to Workday.
- Lead feasibility studies and technical assessments.
