Summary: The Workday Functional Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and delivering Workday Recruiting solutions while collaborating with business users and technical teams. This role involves hands-on configuration, support of the Workday platform, and continuous process improvement. The position is fully remote and requires a minimum of five years of Workday experience, particularly with the Recruiting module.
