Key Responsibilities:

  • Support configuration and updates across Workday and business processes
  • Assist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changes
  • Develop and execute test scripts for system related changes and enhancements
  • Support testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up
  • Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behavior
  • Track and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressed
  • Assist with data validation and reporting checks as needed
  • Support release activities including testing and documentation updates

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework
