Summary: The Senior Workday Analyst role involves leading and supporting the delivery of the Workday platform, focusing on various modules such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll. This position requires extensive experience in Workday, including full lifecycle implementations and operational support. The role is remote with occasional onsite visits and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is six months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of the Workday platform, covering HCM, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Integrations, Security, and Reporting.
- Support both strategic and operational delivery while leading a small internal team.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday in a senior SME capacity.
- Involvement in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Expertise in HCM, Reporting, and at least one of: Integrations, Security, or Financials.
- Experience with operational support, release management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization capabilities.
Salary (Rate): £650 daily

One of our established clients are looking for a Workday Analyst to join them on a contract basis up until the end of March
The business themselves was founded almost 10 years ago to boost the innovation and research capabilities of the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental research
As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will lead and support the delivery of their Workday platform, covering HCM, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Integrations, Security and Reporting. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting both strategic and operational delivery, leading a small internal team and liaising with third party suppliers, stakeholders & cross functional team
To be considered you need to have experience in the following:
- 5+ years of workday experience
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday in a senior SME capacity
- Involved in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Expertise in HCM, Reporting, and at least one of: Integrations, Security, or Financials
- Experience with operational support, release management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong business analysis and process optimization capabilities
