Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a structured Workday Advanced Compensation programme, beginning with Phase 0 activities.
- Reviewing business requirements and translating them into clear Workday configuration guidance.
- Advising on eligibility rules, compensation cycles, plans, and best-practice solution design.
- Collaborating with internal teams and Workday specialists across all phases of the project.
- Providing input into testing scenarios, documentation, and configuration records.
- Ensuring all work aligns with programme governance and certification requirements.
- Adjusting weekly availability as project needs evolve - beginning at approximately 2 hours per week and increasing to 4-6 hours per week from March through December 2026.
Key Skills:
- Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (required).
- Workday Implementer Certification (required).
- Full transfer of certifications to the client (mandatory).
- Proven experience working on Workday Advanced Compensation implementations.
