Summary: The role of Workday Reporting Consultant involves leveraging expertise in HCM reporting to support a major M&A initiative by assessing current reporting landscapes and defining the reporting scope for merging Workday environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the current reporting landscape across two organizations operating separate Workday tenants.
  • Gathering business requirements to determine reporting scope for phase 1 of the merger.
  • Assessing existing reports, identifying gaps, and recommending a scalable future-state reporting framework.
  • Defining reporting needs related to harmonized business processes in the combined organization.
  • Providing expert guidance on reporting strategy, governance, and structure.
  • Documenting findings and recommendations clearly for leadership and downstream implementers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across both organizations during integration.

Are you an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant with deep expertise in HCM reporting, mergers, and organizational consolidation?

This is a great opportunity to support a major M&A initiative by assessing current-state reporting, identifying gaps, and defining the phase-1 reporting scope for two Workday environments merging into one.
