Our client is looking for an experienced User Researcher with current (or eligible) SC clearance to support a major public sector transformation initiative. This is an opportunity to work with a consultancy delivering critical services that shape how government interacts with citizens.

- Experience designing, planning, and conducting research that drives service and interaction design.
