Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage AV equipment for live and hybrid events, including cameras, microphones, vision mixers, and sound desks.
- Provide technical support for executive meetings and large-scale events both onsite and occasionally offsite.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute event logistics.
- Set up and manage Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Maintain and update event schedules and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to event coordination.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience running live events, not just meeting room setups.
- Familiarity with BlackMagic equipment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
