Summary: The role of UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping and Integration Specialist consultant requires candidates with extensive experience in Pro WFM and Kronos WFC, specifically within a hospital environment. The position involves supporting the implementation of Workforce Management systems, conducting business analysis, and providing integration support with various hospital systems. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be ready to assist across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis for new requirements and issues, develop functional specifications, design solutions, configure the system, and perform testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
- Provide functional expertise for WFM integrations, linking UKG Pro WFM with Workday and other hospital systems, including testing and debugging integration-related issues.
- Support end-to-end testing, including payroll parallel testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution, while documenting test scripts and results.
- Create, modify, and maintain standard and advanced reports using appropriate reporting tools.
- Lead discussions and provide support to WFM, payroll, nursing administration, and IT teams, gathering requirements and presenting solutions.
- Train new staff on UKG Pro WFM modules and develop debugging and how-to guides for system support.
- Provide hands-on support for the project team during cutover and go-live, ensuring a seamless transition.
Key Skills:
- At least five (5) years of UKG Pro WFM and five (5) years of Kronos WFC experience.
- At least five (5) years within a healthcare environment.
- Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM implementations and WFC.
- Hands-on expertise in timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation.
- Hands-on expertise in CRTs, integrations (demographic and payroll specifically), and all testing cycles.
- Critical thinking problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

NOTE: Our hospital client is in need of (2) UKG Pro WFM specialist with deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM and Kronos WFC Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, along with functional integration support and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer (CRT functional builds).
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist across various workstreams in there ongoing Workforce Management (WFM) implementation.
