UKG Datahub OR Reporting Specialist

Summary: The UKG Datahub / Reporting Specialist is a client-facing role focused on gathering reporting and data integration requirements from clients. The specialist will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using UKG Datahub while serving as an expert in UKG reporting tools. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical solutions and providing guidance on reporting best practices. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to gather reporting and data integration requirements
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using UKG Datahub
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize UKG reporting tools and data pipelines
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and present findings clearly
• Serve as the go-to UKG reporting expert in customer meetings and internal discussions
• Provide guidance on UKG data model usage, reporting best practices, and report optimization

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Datahub and Reporting tools
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools is a plus
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in workforce management or HR systems
• Knowledge of UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions integrations
• Experience working in consulting or client delivery projects
