Summary: A global organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple transformation workstreams within supply chains. Key Responsibilities:
- Support multi-function teams to manage and deliver approved programme components on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Maintain robust governance, including monthly reporting.
- Assist with planning and alignment with evolving capital excellence standards.
- Monitor and report progress, benefits delivery, and roadmaps with milestones and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and ethical standards.
- Provide specific support for Project Controls & Seamless Handover workstream.
- Offer external advice and benchmarking data.
- Facilitate interactive planning sessions and workstream-specific governance.
- Prepare biweekly/monthly progress reports.
Key Skills:
- HNC/Degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of the capital project lifecycle from design to operation.
- PMI PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., Prince2) is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in high-tech life science project design and delivery.
- Experienced in Project Controls and Hand-Over Project Management between Engineering & Business organizations.
- Strong knowledge of EPCMQ strategic projects.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

You will manage the allocation of resources, prioritise programme components based on strategic objectives and monitor performance. Lastly you would support the transformation lead and workstream leaders with project management capabilities as well as workstream specific skillset. This will be a 12 month contract opportunity with the possibility of multiple extensions. The position can be worked 100% remotely with some occasional travel that maybe required.
