Summary: The Transformation Business Analyst will engage in senior-level business analysis for complex technology projects within the Mainframe Transformation Program. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, developing business processes, and overseeing user acceptance testing. The role requires independent judgment and initiative while managing multiple inter-related projects, including software implementations and data migrations. The analyst will ensure quality deliverables and may supervise the work of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, develop, and document business requirements using multiple methods.
• Review, assess, and develop business processes.
• Create and validate user acceptance testing.
• Provide research and special project support to users.
• Analyze and document the implementation of inter-related projects, including SaaS and COTS applications.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and methodologies.
• Supervise and assign work to others as needed.
• Facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and prototyping/screen mock-up tools (e.g., Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, Axure).
• Hands-on requirements elicitation and technical documentation skills.
• Experience in facilitating sessions with business teams.
• Strong analysis skills for assessing production support issues.
• Understanding of key business drivers and impacts.
• Experience in defining functional design and systems specifications.
• Familiarity with mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce, and relational databases (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred).
