Summary: The Account Manager role focuses on providing exceptional service to high-value consumer customers in the crypto sector, requiring expertise in blockchain and related technologies. The position involves managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and proactively identifying customer needs to enhance their experience. The role is remote and part of a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction and support. This is a 12-month contract position with a PAYE arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary touchpoint and relationship owner for selected high-value consumer customers.
- Provide a best-in-class experience through effective stakeholder management and task prioritization.
- Handle customer requests through to resolution, collaborating with subject matter specialists.
- Model an investigative mentality to address critical customer issues at the root cause.
- Advocate for customers across organizations to drive impactful changes.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to align on solutions.
- Onboard customers and assist them in setting up and using their accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for potential issues and resolve them proactively.
- Introduce customers to new features and educate them on benefits they could utilize.
- Act as an escalation point for unresolved issues and deep dives into customer accounts.
- Proactively identify customer needs to simplify their experience and strengthen trust.
Key Skills:
- Ability to create a seamless experience for high-value individual and enterprise clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise customer/account management/advisory roles.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, infrastructure, staking, ROI/staking rewards, custody, and/or crypto.
- Experience with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and presentation preparation.
- Excellent communication skills for operating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- Proficiency in English; French, Dutch, and German language skills are a plus.
