Key Responsibilities:

• Configure within Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Time Tracking/Keeping, and third-party Payroll.
• Develop, test, and implement changes to Workday configurations in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Interpret complex workbooks and ensure the accurate translation of data and requirements into the production environment for each new site.
• Configure and validate workbooks for new sites within the Workday system, ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand specific requirements for new sites and build the corresponding configurations.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, reports, and processes.
• Provide detailed specifications for changes.

Key Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in Workday configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Ability to interpret complex workbooks and translate data into production environments.
